UVV Inspections by E.P. Service

UVV inspections, carried out in accordance with the accident prevention regulations of the German Social Accident Insurance (DGUV), are legally required to ensure operational safety.
They protect employees and guarantee the safe condition of work equipment and storage systems.

All inspections are performed in line with current DGUV rules and the German Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health (BetrSichV).
For storage equipment, the key regulations include:
DGUV Rule 108-007 (formerly BGR 234)
DIN EN 15635 – “Steel Static Storage Systems – Application and Maintenance of Storage Equipment”.
These regulations require regular inspections by qualified personnel. Inspection intervals are determined by the company’s risk assessment, but generally must take place at least once per year.

After a defect-free inspection, all equipment is marked with a current inspection label and documented in the inspection logbook.
