Privacy Policy

Unless otherwise stated below, the provision of your personal data is neither legally nor contractually required, nor necessary for the conclusion of a contract. You are not obligated to provide your data. Failure to provide it has no consequences. This only applies as long as no other information is given in the processing operations described below.

“Personal data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

Server Log Files

You can visit our website without providing any personal information. Every time you access our website, usage data is transmitted by your internet browser and stored in log files (server log files). These stored data include, for example, the name of the page accessed, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, and the requesting provider. These data are used solely to ensure the smooth operation of our website and to improve our services. It is not possible to associate these data with a specific individual.

Collection and Processing When Using the Contact Form

When you use the contact form, we collect your personal data (name, email address, message text) only to the extent that you voluntarily provide it. The data processing serves the purpose of establishing contact. By submitting your message, you consent to the processing of the transmitted data. Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR with your consent.

You may revoke your consent at any time by notifying us, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out prior to the revocation. We use your email address solely to process your inquiry. Your data will then be deleted unless you have consented to further processing or use.

Use of Your Email Address for Sending Newsletters

We use your email address for our own advertising purposes to send newsletters, provided you have expressly agreed to this. Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR with your consent. You may revoke your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out prior to the revocation. You may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by using the corresponding link in the newsletter or by notifying us directly. Your email address will then be removed from the mailing list.

Collection, Processing, and Use of Personal Data for Orders

When placing an order, we collect and use your personal data only to the extent necessary to fulfill and process your order and respond to your inquiries. Providing the data is necessary for concluding the contract. Failure to provide it means no contract can be formed. Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR and is required for the performance of a contract with you.

Your data will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except for our service partners needed to process the contractual relationship, or service providers we use within the scope of data processing agreements. In addition to the recipients mentioned in the individual clauses of this privacy policy, these may include recipients from the following categories: shipping service providers, payment service providers, merchandise management service providers, order processing service providers, web hosts, IT service providers, and governmental authorities. In all cases, we strictly follow legal requirements. The scope of data transfer is limited to a minimum.
